Gallagher Properties, established in 1968, is active in apartment management in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, WA. Since its inception, the business has expanded from single-family rentals to the development of apartments.

Gary Gallagher, owner and manager of these rentals, oversees the apartment needs on a day-to-day basis. He also employs a full time maintenance person to assist him with all repairs. This hands-on approach insures that the needs of the tenants are attended to in a timely fashion. With the addition of a brand new 60-unit building in 2008, Gallagher Properties has added a full time apartment manager and an additional maintenance person to assist in providing exceptional service.

Gallagher Properties is proud that several tenants have resided in their apartment homes for many years and many of these tenants have referred new tenants. Gallagher Properties takes pride in providing timely maintenance, attractive and clean apartments, and building good relations with their tenants.
